Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct market research, and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence. Responsibilities also include preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Capability in Market Research, Analytics, and Strategic Planning.
- Experience in managing client negotiations and closing business deals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
