Business Development Manager
to spearhead strategic partnerships, expand our market presence, and unlock new revenue streams across various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic business opportunities, partnerships, and bulk sales deals for our real estate projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to penetrate new markets, attract institutional investors, and form corporate alliances.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokerage
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Development teams to align business development strategies with project goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities.
- Represent Atara Development at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum
2+ years of proven experience
in other top developer's business development, preferably within the UAE real estate. - Demonstrable track record of
securing large-scale deals, bulk sales, or strategic corporate partnerships
. - Established network
of institutional investors, corporate clients, and real estate brokerage. - Fluency in English is essential; bilingual is a significant advantage.
- Superior communication, presentation, and high-stakes negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand investment structures and deal profitability.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
- Available for immediate joining or short notice.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and advanced MS Office applications.
