Our client is a market leading Learning and Development (L&D) organisation specialising in maximizing workforce potential. With innovative technology and world class methodologies, they are at the forefront of their industry and adopt a continuous improvement approach to delivering best in class L&D solutions. Due to expansion of the department, we are looking for someone to join as a Solutions Advisor / Account Manager to grow business with both existing and new clients.
The role will be responsible for two key areas: maximising revenue with an existing network of clients that have experienced varying service levels over recent years and generating new accounts through utilising warm connections (live accounts from other business units in the organisation, previous business, marketing linked enquiries). It requires a consultative and credible approach to comprise bespoke learning solutions for a loyal customer base. Repeat business levels are extremely high and projects within major accounts can range from weeks to years in terms of duration. As an individual, you will be well versed in holding conversations with management and board level executives, and hold a demonstrable track record of building long standing successful relationships. You will be well organised, high energy, and able to tangibly track and manage your own business pipeline.
To be considered for this role it is essential you have previous experience of selling a consultative-natured product or service and are confident in targeting senior management and board level executives to generate business. You will be experienced in comprising bespoke solutions for clients and have a consistent track record of performing against targets.
