We're looking for a proactive and confident Software Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a proven ability to build client relationships and close sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research.
  • Conduct meetings and product presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain client records and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve the sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or software sales.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
  • Experience in the UAE market preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
