JobDescription:

As a Senior HRExecutive you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeingall aspects of our clients human resources functions. You will beresponsible for developing and implementing HR policies andprocedures managing recruitment and onboarding processes andproviding support and guidance to employees and managers onHRrelated matters. You will also be responsible for maintainingaccurate employee records managing payroll and benefits andensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop andimplement HR policies and procedures in line with companyobjectives and local laws and regulations

Manage the recruitment process including job postings screeninginterviewing and onboarding

Provide support andguidance to employees and managers on HRrelated matters such asperformance management employee relations and careerdevelopment

Maintain accurate and uptodateemployee records including contracts personal information andperformance evaluations

Manage payroll andbenefits administration ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with laborlaws and regulations

Develop and maintainpositive relationships with employees managers and externalstakeholders

Monitor and analyze HR metrics toidentify areas for improvement and make recommendations tomanagement

Participate in the development andimplementation of employee engagement initiatives

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRto continuously improve processes and policies

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield

Minimum of 5 years of experience in asimilar role preferably in a fastpaced environment

Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English

Strongknowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolutionskills

Strong organizational and timemanagementskills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRISsystems

Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information with discretion
