Visa &Work Permit Processing andInsurance.
- Coordinatethe visa processing workflow including document collectionverification and uploading into the Visa Management System(VMS).
- Work closely with the Public RelationsOfficer (PRO) to monitor visa application statuses and follow up onany pending cases.
- Ensure timely renewal ofvisas work permits insurance and related legal documentation incompliance with labor laws.
- Maintain a trackerfor the visa and medical insurance renewals andcancellation.
EmploymentContracts & OnboardingCoordination
- Ensure allnew hires receive and sign their employment contracts in a timelymanner.
- Follow up with employees regardingcontract completion and submission.
- Coordinatewith new joiners to facilitate medical tests and biometricregistrations as part of the onboardingprocess.
- Handle new joiners accommodation andlogistics management.
- Maintain an uptodateonboarding checklist and ensure all requirements are met beforeemployees begin theirroles.
EmployeeTracking &Reporting
- Keep a dailytrack of new joiners leavers and employees on the bench to ensureaccurate workforce planning.
- Generate periodicreports on employee movements and provide insights to HRleadership.
- Support workforce forecasting bymaintaining updated records on employee availability and contractstatus.
- Create a daily bench monitor and leavemonitor and ensure that it is matches with the time sheetsreceived.
- Follow up with employees and ensurethe employees utilize their leaves and maintain a minimal leavebalance.
HR Compliance& PolicyAdherence
- Ensure all HRprocesses and employee records comply with the organizations HRpolicies and local labor laws.
- Regularly reviewemployee files to ensure compliance with documentationstandards.
- Assist in audits and inspections byproviding necessary employee records andreports.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum:Bachelors Degree
- Desired: Preferably in HR orBusinessAdministration
Experience:
- Minimum:5 years
