HR Coordinator

Skybound Wealth Management is seeking an organised and motivated HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive HR support across all functions within our Group. In this role, you will be responsible for HR administration, managing HRIS systems, ensuring compliance across operational jurisdictions, providing assistance with recruitment and supporting the broader HR team with day-to-day tasks.
This position will report into the Group Head of People and Group Head of Talent, who you will work closely with. This position will also require liaising with various stakeholders, including financial advisors, senior leaders, and new candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Manage the HR inbox, respond to HR-related queries, and take ownership of administrative tasks. Provide HR-related documentation, including salary certificates and any other documents requested by stakeholders.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle all onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees, ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners. Oversee the onboarding of new employees across all jurisdictions, ensuring each new joiner receives the necessary induction and training materials.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update accurate employee records, including personal details, contracts, benefits, and performance reviews.
- HR Systems: Administer BambooHR (HRIS) to maintain employee data, create reports, and handle HR documentation. When necessary, assist with administrative duties in TeamTailor (ATS).
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR policies and processes are up-to-date and comply with local and regional employment laws. Provide support to Managers and Directors on jurisdiction-specific regulations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, including headcount analysis, turnover reports, and other required HR documents.
- Training & Development: Coordinate the planning and execution of training programs, track employee development, and ensure compliance with the company's training requirements.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, assist with grievances, and support the implementation of disciplinary procedures when required.
- Background Checks: Coordinate background and reference checks for candidates during the hiring process.
- Visa & PRO Support: Assist with PRO-related duties, including offering support when required for the employee visa processes in the UAE.
- Additional: Support with other ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as needed, ensuring HR processes are efficient and aligned with the overall business strategy.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar HR role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and comply with employment laws in the UAE and globally.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of stakeholders, including financial advisors, senior leaders, and candidates.
- A proactive, professional approach to HR, with a focus on employee satisfaction, development, and performance.
- Experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.

You will benefit from:
- A basic salary of AED 8,000 – 11,000 per month.
