Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Client Manager with 7-10years of experience in IT sales within multinational corporations (MNCs). This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in onboarding and managing high-value enterprise accounts, driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and expanding market share through strategic client engagement.
As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding multinational accounts while developing and implementing growth strategies that align with business objectives. You will be expected to generate and pursue opportunities You will collaborate with internal teams, vendor alliances, and executive stakeholders to drive business success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account & Sales Management
- Onboard and manage key enterprise accounts across industries such as BFSI, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and Consulting.
- Drive multi-million-dollar sales revenue, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients' buying process.
- Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and enhance client engagement.
Business Expansion & Revenue Growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive engagement and consultative sales strategies
• Expand Sycomp's market penetration and revenue streams by being the brand ambassador.
• Negotiate and secure high-value contracts, ensuring compliance with governance, pricing, and financial frameworks
• Maintain strong client retention rates by delivering superior customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring long-term business success and partnership.
• Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, positioning Sycomp as a trusted technology partner.
Sales Pipeline & Forecasting
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and track sales opportunities effectively.
• Provide data-driven insights and sales forecasting for accurate revenue projections and strategic business planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams for problem solving and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and foster strong, trusted partnerships.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales and enterprise account management.
- Strong client relationship management skills in the IT industry.
- Ability to leverage vendor alliances for business development and opportunity creation.
- 7-10 years' Experience in enterprise sales and business development.
