The ideal candidatewill have extensive technical experience with IFS EAM strongleadership skills and a proven track record of successful EAMsystemmanagement.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Team Leadership:

  • Leadand mentor a team of IFS EAM technicalconsultants.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilitiesensuring highquality deliverables.
  • Providetechnical guidance and support to teammembers.

2.TechnicalImplementation:

  • Leadthe technical implementation of the IFS EAM system includinginstallation configuration anddeployment.
  • Develop customizations andextensions to meet specific business requirements using IFSdevelopment tools.
  • Integrate IFS EAM with othersystems andapplications.

3.SystemAdministration:

  • Administerand maintain the IFS EAM system ensuring optimal performance& availability.
  • Perform system upgradespatches and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Monitorsystem performance and troubleshoot technicalissues.

4.Development andCustomization:

  • Designand develop custom reports interfaces and workflows within the IFSEAM system.
  • Write and maintain technicaldocumentation for customizations andintegrations.
  • Ensure that customizations adhereto best practices and do not affect systemintegrity.

5.Support andTroubleshooting:

  • Providetechnical support to endusers and functionalconsultants.
  • Resolve technical issues andprovide guidance on system usage.
  • Conduct rootcause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurringissues.

6.ContinuousImprovement:

  • Stayupdated with the latest IFS EAM updates tools andtechnologies.
  • Identify and recommendimprovements to enhance system performance and userexperience.
  • Participate in training anddevelopment programs to enhance technical skills andknowledge.

7.Collaboration andCommunication:

  • Workclosely with functional consultants to understand businessrequirements and translate them into technicalspecifications.
  • Communicate effectively withstakeholders to provide updates on project status and technicalissues.
  • Participate in project planning andprovide technical expertise to ensure successful projectdelivery.

AdditionalInformation :

Education:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or arelatedfield.

Experience:

  • Minimumof 7 years of experience in technical roles related to IFSEAM.
  • At least 3 years of experience in aleadership or team leading role.
  • Strongexperience with IFS technical tools and frameworks including IFSDeveloper Studio.
  • Proven experience in systemintegration customization anddevelopment.

Skills:

  •  Proficiencyin SQL PL/SQL and database management.
  • Strongprogramming skills in languages such as Java C# orsimilar.
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
  • Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilityto work independently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
  • Familiarity with DevOpspractices andtools.

TechnicalSkills:

  • Experience withweb services APIs and other integrationtechnologies.
  • Familiarity with IFS EAMarchitecture and technicalcomponents.

Certifications:

  • IFSEAM technical certification or other relevantcertifications.

PreferredExperience:

  • Experiencewith other EAM systems and technicalconsulting.
  • Knowledge of business processes inindustries such as manufacturing supply chain finance or othersrelevant to thecompany.
