- Ensure that IFS EAM modulesare configured to meet specific businessrequirements.
- Collaborate with technicalconsultants for system integration andcustomization.

- Workwith stakeholders to gather and document businessrequirements.
- Analyze and optimize businessprocesses to enhance efficiency.
- Translatebusiness needs into functional specifications for the EAMsystem.
- SupportandMaintenance:
- Provideongoing support and maintenance for the IFS EAMsystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functionalissues related to the EAM system.
- Ensure systemupdates and patches are applied according to bestpractices.
- TrainingandDocumentation:
- Developand deliver training programs for endusers andstakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensivedocumentation for system configurations processes andprocedures.
- ContinuousImprovement:

- Stay current with IFS EAMupdates new features and industrytrends.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Systems BusinessAdministration or a relatedfield.
Experience:
- Minimumof 7 years of experience with IFS EAM implementation andconfiguration.
- At least 3 years of experiencein a leadership or team leading role.
- Strongunderstanding of business processes in industries such asmanufacturing supply chain finance asset management orothers.
Skills:
- Indepthknowledge of IFS EAM modules andfunctionalities.
- Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills.
- Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
- Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Abilityto work independently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
TechnicalSkills:
- Proficiency inSQL and understanding of databasemanagement.
- Familiarity with IFS customizationsand extension tools.
- PreferredQualifications:
Certifications:
- IFSEAM certification or other relevantcertifications.
