While the saleslead owns the overall customer relationship and enduring commercialresponsibility the CSP provides critical services presales guidanceand advice.

Working with sales and delivery teamsthe CSP establishes and shapes desired customer outcomes anddesigns executable offerings to deliver value across the customerlifecycle. This individual is responsible for shaping how ourportfolio of service offerings is positioned and sold to customers.They play a vital role in the sales process requiring strongcommunication skills and the ability to influence deals internally.CSPs report to a regional team with a primary focus on a definedgeographic territory.

Throughout the sales cyclethe CSP is active from shaping the opportunity to closing the dealalways working in partnership with sales team. Key responsibilitiesinclude facilitating customer requirements discovery workshopspitching services aligned with customer objectives qualifying dealsand setting the services sales strategy.

The CSPensures that IFS proposals follow best practices and standardswhile minimizing risk to both the customer and IFS. Collaborationwith many contributors is essential but the CSP drives the servicescontent of the bids along with underpinning documentation contractsand Statements of Work(SOWs).

Qualifications :

Essential:

  • 10years of experience in a customer facing and/or presales role inCustomer success professional services management consultancyproject management; experience of customers undergoingtransformation or digitalisation
  • Proficiency inEnglish
  • Strong verbal and written communicationskills and presentation skills
  • Strategicplanning skills
  • Thrives in a deadlinedrivenenvironment working across multiple functions and geographicallocations
  • Willing to travel throughout theregion as required
  • Competency in using toolssuch as Microsoft Powerpoint Excel Power BI and Gen AI for dataanalysis reporting and presentationpurposes.

Desirable:

  • Universitydegree or equivalent professional qualifications in a fieldrelevant for the functional area orresponsibility
  • Experience from working with ERPFSM or EAM applications
  • Experience of agiledevelopment methodology
  • Industry knowledge inone of IFS 6 core industries
  • Proven experiencein Sales methodologies (SPIN/MEDDICetc)
