The role holder will beresponsible for support upgradation and optimizing the ScreeningSolution
Systems in Compliance and a subject matterexpertise for Fircosoft suite of screening

2 Key Result Areas

Responsible to deliver proposedarchitectural solutions change initiatives manage BAU
activities that span across one or more business units
Daytoday management and ownership of screening systems/initiativesFircosoft for
customer screening and payment screeningspanning across 8 countries
Manage the resourcesefficiently and prioritize system enhancement/upgrades
Ensure production system stability by supporting Application indifferent time zones.
Ability to prioritize the defectsand issues and address it on time.
Understandinterdependencies between technology operations and businessneeds
Act as an internal quality control check for theplatform owner and manage ongoing quality
control andparticipate in quality issue resolution
Identificationand escalation of system control and compliance issues assess anddocument the
related risk and make recommendations forresolution.
Flexible with proven ability to conform toshifting priorities demands and timelines through
analytical and problemsolving capabilities
Adept atconducting research into projectrelated issues andproducts
Perform proactive data analytics work andmanage the data quality and integrity in the systems
Ensure our systems are compliant with banks governancepolicy
Propose enhancements to the systems used byCompliance to generate efficiencies and/ or
improve ourfinancial crime risk management.

4 Problem Solving

Resolve production incidents in a smoothand timely manner with minimal impact to business.
Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised.
Create RCA document for the defects / incidents and should be goodat providing permanent fix/
solution.
Putcontrols and checks in place to monitor and smooth functioning ofproduction systems.
