Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Revenue and Growth Goals: Maximize yield and achieve defined revenue, yield, retention, and growth goals for assigned accounts within your specified region.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives: Work closely with assigned Account Executives regarding the scheduling of training for new and existing clients.
  • Pricing Authority: Have authority and responsibility for all territory pricing decisions.
  • Retention and Growth Strategies: Develop retention and growth strategies for existing active accounts, leveraging the entire CAE organization.
  • Territory Management: Manage territory and Account Executive to maximize the revenue and yield opportunity within the territory.
  • Key Account Management: Responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with selected Key Accounts.
  • Renewal Cycle Management: Ensure that each Key Account Renewal Cycle is managed appropriately with approved pricing and appropriate terms and conditions.
  • Call Strategy: Maintain a bi-monthly Call Strategy to maintain the relationship and enhance client intimacy.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide Management Quarterly reports on spend levels, client feedback, trends, etc., including playing an active role in forecasting.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
