En la National Petroleum Construction Company, buscamos un Coordinador Administrativo que se encargue de diversas funciones clave para el funcionamiento eficiente de nuestra oficina.
- Gestión de Bases de Datos: Realizar seguimiento de programas de bases de datos y correos electrónicos.
- Organización de Archivos: Administrar sistemas de archivo en línea y diversos registros.
- Desarrollo de Sistemas Administrativos: Crear e implementar nuevos sistemas administrativos, incluyendo la gestión de registros.
- Control de Gastos: Registrar los gastos de la oficina y gestionar el presupuesto asignado.
- Organización del Espacio de Trabajo: Diseñar la disposición de la oficina y mantener los suministros y equipos necesarios.
- Mantenimiento de la Oficina: Asegurar el buen estado de las instalaciones y coordinar reparaciones necesarias.
- Planificación de Reuniones: Organizar reuniones con el personal y redactar la agenda correspondiente.
- Supervisión de Reclutamiento: Supervisar el proceso de reclutamiento de nuevos empleados, incluyendo la capacitación y mentoría cuando sea necesario.
Este rol es fundamental para garantizar que nuestras operaciones diarias se realicen sin contratiempos y que nuestro equipo esté bien apoyado en sus funciones.
