Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Director/Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's/Manager's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Director/Manager, including managing their schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations and reports.
  • Communication: Practice and encourage open and effective communication internally and externally to build and nurture effective working relationships.
  • Documentation: Produce various forms of documentation, such as reports, presentations, and emails, as required by the Director/Manager.
  • Office Management: Arrange office supplies and stationary needed by the Division/Department and ensure their availability at all times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in using HRMS systems and have a strong attention to detail.
