Job Title: Technical Sales Manager Middle East

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in the Middle East region. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our sales force and partners, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with our sales, service teams, and distributors in the Middle East to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  2. Conduct multi-disciplinary analyses and prepare technical reports to support the sales team in their project designs.
  3. Provide technical guidance to the sales force to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and sell our energy solutions.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs for sales and technical teams to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  5. Travel to customer sites to evaluate, diagnose, and analyze customer fleet and systems, providing technical support and recommendations.
  6. Prepare technical analysis reports before and after value-added projects, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  7. Develop and conduct training on the safe operations of our equipment, demonstrating skills to trainees, including both team members and customers.
  8. Perform inspections and analyze findings to determine the source of problems, recommending repair, replacement, or other corrective actions.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including warranty, safety, and environmental regulations.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of people, both inside and outside the company, to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in technical/sales positions, with a strong understanding of industrial batteries and power electronic equipment.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with expertise in power electronic equipment and power conversion.
  3. Knowledge of battery technologies and applications, as well as motive power products and market.
  4. CRM and SAP knowledge, with excellent skills in MS Office.
  5. Driving License (B), with an active driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
  2. No military obligation (for male candidates).
  3. No restrictions for travel both domestic or abroad.
  4. Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload, with a willingness to travel and work under pressure.
  5. Ability to problem-solve and act quickly, with a solutions-oriented approach.
