Strategic Business Growth Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at ManpowerGroup Middle East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding and executing strategic partnerships within our assigned portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with clients to promote and elevate the interests of our business.
- Deepen client relationships through regular engagement, thought leadership, and solution-driven approach.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from researching, planning, sourcing, contacting, negotiating, converting, and following up with clients.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets as per KPIs set by the business line.
Requirements
- University degree in a related field (Finance/Economic/Accounting, etc.).
- Native speaker of/professional fluent in English is a must.
- Fluency in Arabic and Chinese is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years', ideally 3-5 years' in international bank/financial industry sales experience.
- Knowledge of our products is a plus.
- Outstanding networking skills to develop and engage with customer relationships.
- Strong team spirit and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience and ability of organizing and conducting marketing events.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
