Job Title: HR Coordinator - CSR Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator - CSR Specialist to join our team at HTrust Human Resources Consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions and driving corporate social responsibility initiatives in line with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Function Management: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
  • HR Policy and Procedure Development: Coordinate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Employee Engagement and Wellness: Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • CSR Strategy Development: Develop and manage the company's CSR strategy, aligning it with our organization's values and business objectives.
  • CSR Initiative Coordination: Coordinate CSR initiatives, including community outreach programs, environmental sustainability efforts, and charity partnerships.
  • CSR Impact Monitoring: Monitor and report on the impact of CSR activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute CSR projects effectively, organize and promote volunteer opportunities for employees, encouraging participation in community service.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed about HR and CSR trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring the company remains compliant and socially responsible.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination, with exposure to CSR initiatives preferred.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, passion for sustainability, community engagement, and social responsibility.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges.
