We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Integrated Solutions. As an Emiratisation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Arrangements: Process and coordinate internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records, including preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation related to leave, maternity leave, and other personnel matters.

  • Policies and Compliance: Update and maintain company policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations to minimize risk and ensure a positive work environment.

Requirements
