We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources department at Precision Hire Solution. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and benefits administration
- Manage and maintain company licenses, permits, and certifications
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
