Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement new hire onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee resignation and termination processes, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- HR Support: Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support and solutions.
- HR Projects: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- HR Initiatives: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience working in Human Resources.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers, knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
