Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients and properties, and to grow our existing portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, property owners, and investors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients, highlighting our ability to effectively manage properties and estates.
- Oversee the management of factors that directly or indirectly affect the rental revenue and value of properties, including risk mitigation and due diligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of business development services to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a preferred master's degree in Business Management or Executive program in Business Management.
- At least 15 years of overall experience in a progressive industrial experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Development Manager in a prestigious organization.
- Strong understanding of statutory rules and regulations of property management in the UAE.
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Net Insight, Omniture, and Web trends, is an added advantage.
- Strong media network and contacts with landlords, property owners, and investors.
- Preferred candidate with experience in banking: asset management portfolio.
