Job Description

**About the Role**

Ventures Middle East is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling our MEA Construction Projects Database to the construction industry and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and submit comprehensive proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the Research Team to collect information for product improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for Ventures Middle East's other services.

Interfaces with:

  • External Clients

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets.
  • Maintain Company Confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of the Construction & Energy sector.
  • Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible sourcing opportunities.
  • Expertise in territory management and organization.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated earnings history.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated to work independently with team support to close business.
  • Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives.
  • Effectively work with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • English Essential.
