Ventures Middle East is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling our MEA Construction Projects Database to the construction industry and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and submit comprehensive proposals to potential clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Research Team to collect information for product improvement.
- Identify opportunities for Ventures Middle East's other services.

Accountabilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets.
- Maintain Company Confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of the Construction & Energy sector.
- Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible sourcing opportunities.
- Expertise in territory management and organization.
- Proven ability to achieve goals.
- Demonstrated earnings history.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Self-motivated to work independently with team support to close business.
- Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives.
- Effectively work with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- English Essential.
