Executive and Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive and Personal Assistant to join our team at NetCents Technology in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support: Coordinate executive activities, including calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, and managing appointments.
- Meeting Coordination: Develop meeting agendas, presentations, and arrange for external resources as needed.
- Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all matters are addressed and brought to the executive's attention.
- Calendar Management: Manage the executive's personal calendar and household.
- Workflow Management: Create and maintain effective workflow and communication to achieve executive team goals.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events as required.
- Travel: Travel with short notice as needed.
- Project Management: Manage projects and follow up on action items on behalf of the executive.
- Administrative Support: Assist in preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing correspondence, invoices, and reports.
- Information Flow: Coordinate the internal flow of information.
- 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Technologically adept.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Good communicator in email, over the phone, and in-person.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
