Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant at Republica. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks and coordinate communication with the Operations team.
  2. Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  3. Manage and organize office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
