Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Channel Growth Leader Key Accounts to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in key accounts across HORECA, Bars, Cinemas, Pharmacies, and Travel Retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring seamless communication and excellent customer service.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients in collaboration with supply chain and operations teams.
  • Market Expansion & Innovation: Identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to enhance client engagement and revenue streams.
  • Reporting & Reviews: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, key wins, and areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in emerging channels, F&B, hospitality, or similar. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with an analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data and market research.
