WHAT YOU WILL DO- Client Acquisition . Identify and approach potential clients in HORECA, Bars, Cinemas, Pharmacies and Travel Retail (airline & Lounges) channels.
- Account Management . Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Strategic Planning & Execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with overall business goals.
- Operational Excellence. Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients in collaboration with supply chain and operations teams.
- Market Expansion & Innovation . Explore innovative ways to enhance client engagement and revenue streams.
- Reporting and Reviews . Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, key wins, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in emerging channels, F&B, hospitality or similar.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and market research.
