Job Description

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings and events, ensuring timely preparation of materials and documentation.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Managing the office environment, ensuring it is organized, professional, and conducive to productivity, including overseeing supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and support the CEO's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role or office management position, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of business language.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Bilingual – English and Arabic required; additional languages would be advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
