Project Manager Vacancy at India Abroad

A seasoned Project Manager is required to oversee and coordinate all aspects of projects, from planning to execution, at India Abroad. This position offers a competitive salary and is open to experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, resources, and risks, to ensure successful project execution.
  2. Project Monitoring: Regularly monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action to ensure deadlines are met.
  3. Project Oversight: Oversee the entire project cycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that all projects adhere to established standards in terms of quality, cost control, and safety.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Manage communication with stakeholders throughout the project cycle, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  5. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze performance metrics, such as cost, quality, and delays, to inform project decisions and improvements.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular project progress reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  7. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and budgets.
  8. Post-Project Review: Conduct thorough post-project reviews, summarizing completed projects and identifying lessons learned for future project improvements.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects successfully.
  3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office).
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Strong leadership skills with a customer service focus.
