We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of joinery manufacturing projects, including managing project financials, cost analysis, procurement, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Financial Management: Oversee all commercial aspects of joinery manufacturing projects, including managing project financials, cost analysis, and procurement.
  • Cost Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports for each project, including cost-to-complete analysis and budget comparisons.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Manage procurement budgets, prepare budget comparisons, and track project inventory levels.
  • Subcontractor and Supplier Relationship Management: Verify and validate subcontractor quotations, manage subcontractors' payment certifications, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Invoice and Payment Management: Prepare monthly payment applications and tax invoices for clients.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare cash flow forecasts for all projects, including billing forecast, collection forecast, and balance payable amount.
  • Contractual Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the commercial framework and project contractual requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with project teams, co-workers, suppliers, and clients across a multinational environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in processes for increased efficiency and cost savings.
  • Risk Management: Understand and manage commercial risks to protect the company's interests.
  • Tender Support: Provide support to the Tendering & Estimation Department in preparing tendering packages for projects.
  • Project Management Support: Support the project manager with cost monitoring and controlling, and assist with collecting and processing additional orders from suppliers.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
