Job Summary:

Fujairah National Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skills sets, and experience levels.
  • Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with a Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, SAP, Autocad, Revit, etc.) and familiarity with construction management tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
