Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality, and to address any on-site challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Monitor work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programs.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other relevant government authorities to achieve delivery objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site progress and the work of any stakeholders.
  • Have sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems may arise and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Oversee and control the quality of work progress as per the standards and issue NCRs when and as necessary.
  • Manage fit-out projects, including all required multiple-craft custodial and project services, in order to deliver on up project goals.
  • Oversee relations with project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual terms and measures taken to control costs; perform quality control to ensure adherence to industry standards.
