**Job Summary**

Fujairah National Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and managing fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and project delivery
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality, and to address any on-site challenges
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery
  • Monitor work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programs
  • Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other relevant government authorities to achieve delivery objectives
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site progress and the work of any stakeholders
  • Have sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems may arise and initiate appropriate corrective actions
  • Oversee and control the quality of work progress as per the standards and issue NCRs when and as necessary
  • Manage fit-out projects, including all required multiple-craft custodial and project services, in order to deliver on up project goals
  • Oversee relations with project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Monitor compliance with contractual terms and measures taken to control costs; perform quality control to ensure adherence to industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the fit-out industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project and Asana
