**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze Market Trends and Competitor Activity: Conduct thorough analysis of local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to maintain our position as a leader in the marketplace.
  2. Develop and Maintain Customer Accounts: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to drive business into our hotel and increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.
  3. Negotiate Room Rates and Packages: Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients to maximize revenue and drive business growth.
  4. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer queries in a professional manner, maintaining high standards of service and client relationships.
  5. Develop High Yield Accounts: Identify and develop high yield accounts according to our sales segmentation strategy.
  6. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the hotel.
  7. Conduct Sales Calls: Conduct regular sales calls to existing and prospective accounts as assigned by the Director of Sales.
  8. Manage Sales Activities and Account Information: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and account information in our Sales Database.
  9. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Maintain a high profile within the travel industry and foster relationships with key accounts in the market.
  10. Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports as requested by the Director of Sales.
  11. Monitor and Report on Room Night Targets: Ensure that companies of which you are responsible are being tracked in accordance with their room night targets on a monthly basis and report as per the guidelines set out by the Director of Sales.
  12. Attend Sales Meetings and Site Inspections: Attend weekly sales meetings with the Director of Sales and conduct site inspections and host familiarization visits when required.
  13. Review and Discuss Results: Attend monthly review meetings with the Director of Sales to discuss results versus goals in the annual sales call plan and company sales strategy.
  14. Be Flexible and Adaptable: Be flexible and adaptable to carry out other duties and assignments as requested by the Director of Sales.
