The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales management or 1 year as sales department head. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is essential.

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement regional sales strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring revenue and growth targets are achieved.
  2. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for expansion and revenue growth.
  3. Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with revenue management teams to refine pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies, maximizing profitability and market competitiveness.
  4. Cross-Regional Communication and Alignment: Maintain regular and effective communication with all IBUs to ensure consistency in global sales strategies and regional execution.
