Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans and statements of Work (SoW) to drive profitable growth and meet both short-term and long-term business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account plans to drive profitable growth
  • Design and execute strategic business plans to meet business targets
  • Sell products, solutions, and services to customers, focusing on volume mix and profitability targets
  • Monitor competitors' activities and formulate response strategies
  • Provide input on market price developments
  • Drive the application of standardized marketing and sales processes and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 10 years of experience in account management within the energy industry
  • Experience in portfolio management, business strategy, and market intelligence
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and customer experience success
  • Knowledge of regulation and legal compliance, pricing excellence, and budget and performance targets
  • Expertise in account management, business development, and sales enablement
  • Familiarity with general sales practices, solution/application sales engineering, and channel sales
  • Proficiency in contract and risk management
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills

  • Arabic speaking language essential for stakeholders management
