Job Description

At Excelsior Group Dubai, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on sales performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and market penetration.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales performance and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
