About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at IIQAF GROUP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and Finance Background: A strong background in accounting and finance is preferred, with the ability to use Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Time Management and Communication Skills: Strong time management, writing, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Meeting Agenda Creation: The ability to create a meeting agenda within a reasonable timeframe is crucial.
  • Meeting Minutes and Data Visualization: The ability to take detailed meeting minutes and transform data into visualizations, such as charts, is also required.
  • Client Meetings and Availability: You will be required to join client meetings every other Wednesday from 1pm to 2pm and be available to log on Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
  • Learning and Development: A willingness to learn about Institutional Cost Reports (ICR) and Medicaid Reimbursement is essential.
  • Work Schedule: The role requires a 35-40 hour workweek, on average.
