Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team at Bestax Chartered Accountants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating business and a strong understanding of sales and business development principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Convert leads generated through various marketing platforms into realized business opportunities.
  2. Conduct virtual meetings with potential clients to develop an understanding of their businesses and provide premium consulting services.
  3. Understand and educate clients on Bestax's product offerings and local laws related to different business setup processes.
  4. Present recommendations to clients regarding business opportunities and advantages of starting a business in different zones in the UAE.
  5. Carry out research to understand the nature of the business the client intends to start and its implications in different zones in the UAE.
  6. Liaise with internal teams to keep the client informed on progress and ensure proper communication.
  7. Liaise with licensing authorities to ensure seamless company setup.
  8. Coordinate with bankers for the opening of bank accounts and other related services.
  9. Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  10. Ensure accurate documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
  11. Upsell and cross-sell to deliver added value to clients and promote products and services.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience with sales acumen and business development.
  2. Proactive, confident, quick-thinking, and a go-getter with a track record of generating business.
  3. Presentable with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  5. High attention to detail and ability to manage documents and databases.
  6. Integrity, dependability, accountability, and work ethic.
