Liaise with suppliers and departments to ensure seamless delivery of employee benefits and wellness programs.
Attendance and Payroll Management
Manage attendance systems and produce accurate payroll reports, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards, statistics, and key data for analysis and proactive decision-making.
Reporting and Compliance
Submit regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality or a related industry.
Education
University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD, Hospitality/Tourism management, or a related field.
Language Skills
Fluency in English, with both written and verbal communication skills.
HR Knowledge
Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices, with knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google tools, data analysis, and PayTRAX HRMS system.
