Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Communications Plans: Create and implement comprehensive communications strategies to support the growth and development of our Electrification business in the Middle East region.
- Lead Communications Team: Manage and mentor a team of communications professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of communications initiatives.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial leaders, sales teams, product management, marketing, and communications teams, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Content Creation and Distribution: Develop and disseminate high-quality content across various channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications, to engage and inform our target audiences.
- Thought Leadership and Localization: Identify and develop thought leadership opportunities, localize global content, and ensure the effective positioning of our Electrification business in the Middle East region.
- Event Management and Coordination: Plan and execute cross-divisional events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Employee Communications and Engagement: Develop and implement employee communications strategies to engage and inform our workforce, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business objectives.
- Metrics and Evaluation: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communications initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Education and Experience: Degree in Communications or related field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B communications, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strategic Communications Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing strategic communications plans, with a strong focus on lead and nurturing campaigns.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English language, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead and manage a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Travel and Flexibility: Ability to travel and work in a flexible environment, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
