Job Purpose

As a key member of the Asterix Communications team, the Senior Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This includes supporting the implementation and maintenance of HCM, including access control, new store openings, audit trails, and training programs. The role will also involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing HCM initiatives to support the organization's strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Subject Matter Expert: The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in HR ERP, preferably in Oracle Fusion, and will support functions and brands in all markets with HCM modules.
  2. Global Admin: As a global admin for HCM systems, including Oracle HCM, Bespoke Module, Legacy ERP, etc., the candidate will have access to manage and enhance system setups.
  3. Performance Review Cycles: The Senior Human Resources Associate will guide mid-year and end-of-year reviews in Oracle HCM, including goal setting, creating and managing performance documents for RSC employees, and reporting to management on completion status.
  4. Supporting all new initiatives and system enhancements with rigorous testing, follow-up with stakeholders for critical information, and end-user training and troubleshooting support.
  5. Managing end-to-end HCM setups for restaurants globally, including location/department creation, org tree maintenance, job/position creation and tagging, costing, and bulk employee information updates through HDL uploads.
  6. Resolving all HCM-related issues and closing incidents on the service desk in a timely manner without breaching SLAs.
  7. Partnering with the IT HCM team to ensure quarterly updates are configured in the system with appropriate testing.
  8. Assisting the Assistant Manager – C&B with matters related to compensation and benefits, including salary proposals, increment/promotion letters, job evaluations, and other related tasks.
  9. Developing and maintaining HR-related policies across streams and capabilities, including drafting policies, frameworks, and guidelines in line with business and labor law amendments.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • Diploma in HR will be an added advantage

Experience

3-4 years of relevant experience as a subject matter expert in HR ERP, preferably in Oracle Fusion.
