  • Collaborate with internal resources (POC/Data/self-service PM/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to develop product features, tools, and account management strategies that empower clients and enhance account management efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager within the digital advertising or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and derive insights to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a dynamic, client-facing technical services environment supporting web-based products.
  • Ability to effectively translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
