About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our team at Al-Futtaim Health. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Group Head of Talent Acquisition to establish consistent and standard processes across the group, utilizing sourcing channels to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Career Website Management: Ensure the Al-Futtaim career website is regularly reviewed and content is aligned with HR and business strategy, enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Review the analytics of the careers website and provide recommendations on changes to increase the likelihood of quality hires, as required by the business.
  • Data Integration: Review and integrate data between Talent Acquisition and other Talent processes, leveraging that information to continually improve hiring practices.
  • TA MI Pack Development: Collaborate with the Systems Administrator to review and revise the TA MI Pack.
  • Assessment Process Improvement: Review the current assessment process, research new assessment tools, and make recommendations for a new assessment process to increase the quality of hires.
  • Vendor Management: Support in evaluating executive search agencies for the preferred supplier list and TA tools.
  • Social Media Management: Develop a TA LinkedIn social media approach in line with the AF LinkedIn social media strategy, managing the use of Impressions on LinkedIn to attract the right talent.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop a dashboard of metrics in collaboration with the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and managers, ensuring sourcing channels and strategies are regularly evaluated.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide high-level updates to the Group Head of Talent and Talent Acquisition on the impact of social community management/social attraction strategies on the acquisition of Talent within AF.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the GMASCO Social Media Lead and liaise with HR/Talent social media stakeholders to assist in the development of Talent Brand and Thought Leadership content.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve through understanding of measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytics, reviewing quarterly results and providing recommendations on improving the quality of service in line with feedback.
  • Team Development: Develop a development plan and resources for the TA Team to ensure team capability meets performance requirements.
  • Healthchecks: Formulate and conduct healthchecks on the Talent Acquisition team to assess current capability in accordance with Talent Acquisition Processes and Key Work Outputs.
  • Process Reviews: Support the Group Head of Talent Acquisition with regular process reviews, ensuring policies, SOP, and SLAs are reviewed with stakeholders and measured on a quarterly basis.
  • Communication: Communicate the positive impact of process reviews to business stakeholders.
