Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our recruitment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing candidate databases, coordinating with hiring managers, and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and evaluate applications to identify top candidates and work with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure effective communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Plan and execute various university career fair events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent from universities.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by providing administrative assistance such as maintaining recruitment records and data analysis and taking on ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong command of MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to communicate with people of all levels.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and team members effectively.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks without compromising quality.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to find potential candidates.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, track applicants, and coordinate interviews.
  • Ability to conduct research on candidates and market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to connect with candidates and collaborate with team members.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, as well as standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Willingness to support team initiatives and work collaboratively with others.
  • Basic analytical skills to identify challenges in the recruitment process and suggest improvements.
  • Eagerness to learn about talent acquisition practices, HR policies, and industry trends.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate information.
