  • Build out tools and templates that contribute to an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Manage our systems to ensure all applications and offers are updated on behalf of the TA team

Requirements

  • Experience with scheduling and/or managing administrative tasks
  • Great communication skills – you listen with the intent to understand and are able to bridge gaps in knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Good with people and managing relations with stakeholders
  • Goal-oriented: you can work autonomously and with your team to meet the needs of your stakeholders, team, and Talabat
  • Experience working with an ATS
  • Experience in completing multiple projects with various competing deadlines, with great attention to detail
