Latin America Perfume Market Growth Manager

At Caliberly, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our exports efforts in the dynamic Latin American market. This role focuses on driving growth in non-FMCG goods, particularly within the perfume and aerosol categories.
About the RoleWe're looking for a highly experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales growth in the perfume (with a focus on aerosol) category by developing strategies tailored to Latin American client needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Latin American market for perfume and fragrance products.
- Develop and execute export strategies, manage sales pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the perfume and aerosol space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners across Latin America.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and compliance with regional standards.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to provide insights for strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of sales success in Latin American markets, with knowledge of regional regulations and market entry strategies.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in exports within the perfume industry, preferably with experience in the aerosol category.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills with an understanding of B2B sales dynamics in Latin America.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred; familiarity with Portuguese is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback and trends.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives and benefits.
