Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Support Specialist to join our Business Center team at Duserve Facility Management. The successful candidate will provide administrative and sales support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of renewals, managing the reception desk, and performing other ad hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Center sales team by assisting in sending service agreements, invoices, and other communications related to renewals.
  • Offer sales support by contacting clients with expired leases to ensure timely renewal.
  • Assist the team in executing renewals by verifying signed agreements and received payments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries from the reception and other channels, providing detailed information about Business Center leases.
  • Issue new and renewal agreements for registered agents.
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the Business Center Team, updating the status of assigned renewals.
  • Process agents' commissions and track their performance.
  • Maintain records of communications and coordinate with assigned salespersons.
  • Assist in sending service agreements and invoices to clients.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a business or administrative setting.
  • Strong administrative skills, including report preparation and data management.
