Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AL TAYER GROUP LLC. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our buying department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Buying Department: Provide administrative assistance to the buying team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Run periodic reports to share with stores and buyers, analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Product Development: Support the creation of product look books and seasonal trend presentations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor price analysis and shopping reports to inform buying decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Buy Data Management: Support the invalidation of buy data for the marketing team, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Market Support: Assist buyers with completing sizing during market, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Replenishment and Inventory Management: Review sales and propose replenishment re-orders for license products, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management.
  • Digital Channel Management: Ensure products are accurately uploaded to digital channels, monitoring the accuracy of copy, product descriptions, and other relevant information.
  • Seasonal Product Training: Support the organization of seasonal product training for stores, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, master files, and databases, ensuring seamless data management and reporting.
  • Product Enrichment: Support the creation of enrichment files for PO raising, including UDAs, HS codes, COO, and other relevant information.
  • Product Hierarchy Management: Maintain accurate and consistent product hierarchy, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Digital Rejection Resolution: Monitor product flow for digital channels, resolving digital rejections for missing information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
