Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the retail team, including scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll administration.
- Assist managers with store reporting, recordkeeping, and claims documentation.
- Monitor store communication systems and ensure that communications are appropriately disseminated.
- Track activities related to store assignments and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee employee records and files, including time and attendance records and employment documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with product displays, restocking, and customer checkouts.
- Process purchases and transactions.
- Assist with returns and exchanges.
- Support the operations team in collating and analyzing store sales data.
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of prior retail administrative experience.
